R’Air Vision was founded to expand access to aviation and aerospace pathways for young people who have historically been underrepresented in the industry. We believe exposure changes trajectory. Through immersive events, structured programs, and strategic partnerships, we connect students directly with pilots, engineers, mentors, and real-world opportunities.

BUILDING PATHWAYS

Unity in Flight

A citywide aviation and STEM experience bringing together youth, families, educators, and industry leaders for hands-on exposure and mentorship.

Space City Aviation & STEM Academy

The Space City Aviation & STEM Academy exists to expose, equip, and empower Houston’s youth to see themselves as future leaders in aviation, aerospace, and innovation. Our mission is to provide immersive career exploration, hands-on STEM learning, structured mentorship, and character development for students ages 13–18—especially those who may not yet see a clear pathway into high-growth industries.
